Visa Forms
All visa applicants must complete the online application form DS-160. Once the form is complete, the applicant will electronically transmit the application and will be provided with a confirmation page that includes some biographical information and a barcode with a confirmation number. Applicants must bring this confirmation page with them to their interview.

Public Inquiries:
The preferred and recommended method of inquiry is via email: VisitorVisaNairobi@state.gov. Emails are answered within 2 business days. Please include the applicant’s full name, date of birth, passport number and contact information.
Phone Inquiries:
While email inquiries are the preferred method of inquiry, for rare cases that require a phone call, the consular section is available between 1pm and 4pm Nairobi time Monday through Friday and 8am and 10am on Fridays. +254 (0)20-363-6622
